The National Agency for Community Programmes in the Fields of Education and Vocational Training aims at transforming Romania through learning. 

The main instruments: Erasmus+, the European Solidarity Corps and the EEA grants. Plus our support measures.

Erasmus+ is the European programme meant to modernise and internationalise education, vocational training and youth work. 

Three types of projects can be financed: mobility projects, strategic partnerships and structured dialogue projects. 

Total budget for 2013-2020: 14.7 billion Euros, out of which ca. 450 million Euros in Romania.

ESC is the EU initiative for young people aged 18-30 who want to get involved in solidarity projects. 

Budget: 340 million Euros for 2018 - 2020.

Types of projects: volunteering projects, traineeships and solidarity projects in the local community. 

The Education, Scholarships, Apprenticeships and Youth Entrepreneurship Programme aims to improve the quality and relevance of education and training, teacher development, student mobility, cooperation and partnerships between education and the labour market.

The programme addresses higher education, school education and VET and it has a Roma component.
